The Story

Warm greetings to all my fellow travelers

Hi, I’m Daniel and I designed The Wolf Residence back in 2018 with excellence, quality and comfort in mind. I wanted to create a place that feels like home, a special place where you can just relax.

During my travels, I’ve seen the good and the bad when it comes to booking a short stay and my ambition was to offer my guests a uniquely positive experience in the heart of Brasov.

The Wolf Residence is part of the award-winning Cosmopolit residential complex which is the creation of Cosmopolit Development, a brand that has become the market leader in the luxury real estate sector in Brasov in just a few years.

The brand has been awarded many prizes since 2018 within the National Top Gala of Companies organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brasov, or the Real Estate Magazine Gala.
